Sandwiched in between all that I am still stress eating and now I am baking for the wedding just a few simple cakes that require not a lot of effort but still require some love be put in the mix. Also prayers so that they come out of the pan nicely. We will see what happens with them! We still have time for a redo if needed or just simply put “this is the way it was supposed to turn out”. I am keeping things simple as the wedding is outdoors so can’t do fancy filling etc as I am not a meteorologist and cannot predict the weather that far out. In between baking and my appointments we still have to be flexible for any unexpected ‘mom’ appointments, as well as anything last minute wedding related things. Hair appointment and personal grooming appointments like nails etc. Can’t come to the wedding looking like “Brun Hilda” with my hair sticking out to the sides, unshaven legs and anything else you can picture.
Family from out of town is showing up so there might be some impromptu dinners. Rehearsals, and rehearsal dinners, driving to and fro everywhere and anywhere. Not to mention keeping our place clean and tidy. Yes it’s a tad bit crazy and I try to keep the flare bear away at all costs but as I know him he is bound to deck me if I do too many things that he doesn’t like !!
