Motion is lotion

On the ride home I decided to start taking my hair down because the pins in my hair were itching my head so as I was doing that I said to my son-in-law that we will probably get home and I will still be pulling out the bobby pins in my hair, he laughed at me.  There were so many bobby pins it took me about 15 minutes just to take them all out and because my hands were going up into my head and down and up and down, my fingers and my arms started to become very sore but it’s something that had to be done and I’m not gonna be asking anybody else to pull pins out of my hair unless I’m desperate.  When we finally got home I was exhausted as expected and in pain at that point in time I went to bed.  I couldn’t sleep as I was tossing and turning trying to get a good spot!!  Finally when I did get to sleep I slept a bit and then I had to wake up early in the morning.  My daughter and son-in-law we’re leaving for a family breakfast we wanted to spend as much time as possible with them so we woke up and had coffee with them. After they left we rested a bit more and then we needed to pack up our things because we needed to go and dog sit.  Usually when this happens they would’ve come over to our place but because it was for several days and it’s just easier letting them out at their place we decided we were going to stay over at their house and watch them there.  Needless to say our Besties were quite excited to see us.

However the flare bear decided to play games with me that day and I could hardly walk!  I was very very slow walking I was just laughing at it because this is the ramifications of a very good time.  My husband had to walk the dogs.  I told him that I would love to walk the dogs also but his walk would turn out to be two hours long instead of an hour long because of how slow I’m walking.  The flare bear does what he wants to do, and I’m at his mercy! So I was just resting and then we made dinner that was it when we went to bed around 8pm as we were so tired and falling asleep on the couch….which is not normal for me.  We spent two days at their place.  During this time I found that they need a better couch because sitting on it for me was really bad for my posture.

If my back isn’t comfortable that doesn’t make for a happy bear.

While there my daughter and hubby came by to say hi to their doggie friends, and then my husband drove them to the airport.  We had two cars at the point in time so that meant that I needed to drive home….I made it but my arms were not happy I could feel it pulling in my arms and my hands were not great but I mean I got home safely and  that’s all that matters.  Also during that drive I stopped over at physio got myself taped up he looked at me and said oh you look like you’ve had a good time!!! Yes we did have a great time but now the flare bear wants his pound of flesh!  He laughed because my walk was so very very slow and very very protective of the body.  I just looked at him and said my husband says I need to move.  His answer was he is not wrong !!
