A long time sitting, and things not working right makes me into a very, very stiff and sore person. Last day or so I have been noticing that something on my social media accounts was a bit off. Or perhaps is it just me?? Being a bit tired and running around then feeling like crap after getting my nerve blocks?? This is what I chalked it up to until I received a text from my daughter in law to be with a screenshot of a profile looking almost identical to mine except for a few minor details. She asks did you create a new account? NOO…. Then another message from someone else asking the same thing. Please report the profile as it looks like you have been hacked! Well this sounds like lots of fun and a barrel of monkeys !! NOT! So what actions do you take here. You of course want to protect your friends who mistakenly accepted your false request and tell them to report and unfollow or unfriend the hacker. Then you want to protect all your other close friends too so send them a text. Now what do you do with the others??? You do the social media blast telling everyone in the land not to accept requests from you! As you do this you contemplate next steps as the stress ball grows. The only other thing you can do to protect yourself is to go about the very minute task and change all your passwords. Here you are pissed off, annoyed and you need to go and sit for a good part of your day changing all of your passwords trying to protect your

accounts from said hacker, and someone inquires do you need to change all of them? I mean to be honest probably not but if I’m doing it I’m going to do it right and make sure he can’t get in. As time goes on I can feel everything in my body getting tighter and stiffer. However while I am changing the passwords i make sure they get saved for every single one of them. When done, turn off PC reboot and taaadaaa password are all updated !!! Nope, not a single one !!! Flare bear is loving this. So as I am trying to figure out what is going on I call support for my pc. They tell me nothing they can do I need to do a few at a time, wait and see if it takes, then do it again. In my head I was like FFS !!!!! So I stared at square 1…but as it turned out all I needed was time for everything to update itself (over 1hr) but in that time I had already had enough and I knew that the next day was not going to be a good one …it was not, neither was the day after.

Forearms and fingers were sore from the amount of typing that had been done, needless to say the neck, shoulders and mid back were not happy. So just let hubby know so that as we had a busy day when I told him it was time to go that he knew it was time to giddy up and go!!
