Question of the day….do you feel more pain when you are tired? Yes! Pain rules my world, very rarely when the question is if something is related to my pain is the answer no. I have no shame in telling people that! I have a pretty good schedule when it comes down to bed I’m usually in bed around 9:30pm and I wake up 8 or after 8 depending on what needs doing. I usually schedule appointments in the afternoon so I don’t need to worry if I happen to sleep in although it’s pretty hard to do when you have construction going on around you. So I wake up, check out the body, see where it’s at and we go from there. I was pleasantly pleased this week after another round of acupuncture that the flare bear has been chilling out a bit more.

It’s really nice I can type a bit better and do a few more things but the memory of his brutality remains very fresh in my mind. I recently shared it with my RMT and he was like holy cow! I explained that now I am getting treated with more needles and he said he’d like to try massaging my hands and arms and see how that goes and if it helps. Thankfully it was fine and didn’t make things worse and to make me even happier I was able to give belly rubs to the dogs without my fingers turning into swollen red, angry, sausages. YESSSSS!!!!! Now let’s just throw the kitchen sink at it and the problem will be solved. Yes? No? The best part of going through all of this was knowing that if for some reason, I could not type out my manic thoughts to you guys I had 2 wonderful people standing by my side ready, willing and able to copy and paste my ramblings from voice to text and make them a reality. They saw how hard it was for me somedays to sit and type but I was determined not to let that part of me go. As my mentality is if I don’t use it I will lose it. So what if I am a heavier typer than i was before I am still doing it and it’s what let’s me communicate with everyone. So we will keep on using the cotton balls and acupuncture needles as longs as there are benefits and we will keep on taking those steps forward because you have to keep going. I could have given up. I could have let the PC type for me. But I am not there yet! Hopefully not anytime soon……
